Nocturna That night in Manhattan was the start of it We lived it and we loved every part of it The glow of moonlight in the park The lights that spell your name The autumn breeze that fanned the spark That set our hearts aflame Estoy en floración nocturna Rey de la nada, orfanado Cansado de alzar la vista Sin otra luz, sin una guía Busco el sabor de las cerezas Mira las ruinas, ¿no son excelsas? Con los sentidos suspendidos La subida al Gólgota es eterna Y acudir A tu llamada Entre azucenas De hierro Y veneno Y miedo Y miedo Y miedo Y miedo

A TERROR 02:49
Walking on the ledge, strolling through the edge, ha So what have we learnt, my huckleberry friend? (My huckleberry friend) Sunset flooded eyes, my shade is the foe This indigo won’t ever go Everything feels stained And hell ain’t the others The hell is myself The hell is my- A terror, a terror A terror, a terror A terror, a terror A terror, a terror A terror, a terror A terror, a terror A terror, a terror A terror, a terror A terror, a terror A terror, a terror A terror, a terror A terror, a terror A terror, a terror A terror, a terror A terror, a terror A terror, a terror See this dark blue patch of sky Kiss the dying light, Kiss this crying night The only way forward is moving on, No matter if I fall or not To find poetry in the pain These bleeding knees will walk Again

about

hard bop (or how i started hating myself) is the debut album by the Barcelona based composer and musicologist Fernando "Acero" Rodríguez García (aka april the cruelest). The album establishes a metaphor of the oppression and disorientation of the XXth century individuals through complex collages that blend the history of black be bop musicians with T. S. Eliot's poetry and references to music, poetry, architecture, history and art. The cryptic lyrics and concepts of self-hate and self-doubt are completed by an elaborate and deep sound which finds bridges between post-hardcore and post-industrial, blending the aesthetics of trip-hop or reggaeton with harsh post-metal passages or ambient inspired structures.
